Recommended Preparations for Lemurian Facilitators
I highly recommend Facilitators observe the following preparations before facilitating any Lemurian Healing Work, the Temple Initiation, Dimensional Alignment or Dimensional Resonance.
• Cleanse in some way such as bath, shower and/or smudge.
• Turn some pleasant music on if you like music. Personally I like Medwyn Goodall for facilitating most of the Lemurian work. Anything you like or feel guided to put on is also just fine.
• Light any Candles or Incense if you wish.
• If you have crystals that you want to use, set them up in the same room you will be working in.
• Place your body in a comfortable position. Sitting or lying down is usually best for most people.
• Relax. Take some deep breaths. Release any stress you are holding onto.
